This firearm is stamped with "multi caliber", what cartridge other than a 9mm will this fire?  What would need to be changed out on the firearm, just the barrel?

This pistol is made from a multi caliber lower receiver. It is fitted with a magwell adapter that accepts 9mm magazines. So if you took that out and switched out the upper receiver to a 5.56 you could shoot that and .223. You would have to buy different mags to spread those freedom seeds though.
