I cannot seem to remove the high capacity magazines prior to purchasing a CZ SP-01 9mm 18round capacity? Not sure if u can request 10 round or if the hand gun will be purchased with no magazines? Thank you

Gabriel, the firearm must be legal in your State with the appropriate capacity magazine. I have heard from other members that if magazine capacity is the ONLY state restriction that some Buds personnel have offered to remove/replace magazines. I would contact Buds Customer Service to see whether or not they will at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.
