Unfortunately Darnell, even with a 10rd Magazine, the threaded barrel would make this illegal with or without the muzzle brake.

Even with 10rds, its still considered an Assault Pistol in New York. And an Assault Pistol is still considered an Assault weapon. And New York has banned all Assault Weapons.
