the Savage web site does not list a 22991 model. No other retailer list that model or upc number I suspect it is a listing for the model 22931I would verify this with Buds at (859) 368-0371 available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday or use the blue chat now button or savage at : (800) 370-0708
