Like Tom H said, any FMJ you can find. As Glocks are known to chug any ammunition they are given, you really shouldn't have any issue. IMO, I prefer Federal ammunition. It is nothing to brag about, but the ammo always comes in clean casings and runs well. Fouls up the firearm just as much as any other "training" ammunition. The only 9mm I shy away from is Remington UMC 9mm. The biggest concern is the inconstancy with the bullet seating. When I compare a box, the overall height of the cartridges vary, as some bullets are seated further in to the casing than others. After a UMC cartridge is chambered, the bullet appears to get shoved further into the casing. Granted, this will occur with any ammunition that is repeatedly chambered, but I do not experience this issue with any other bullet after a single chambering, so....

right now any that you can find at a good price !!!!!!!!!!

Juan, Any 9 mm ammo you can find at this time will work fine at the range.
