I'm sure the question has been asked many times, but a simple google couldn't find me the answer. Obviously their phone isn't working but is their an email or chat? If chat is working what time do they usually come in on weekend, if at all? Thank you

Chat is always full on Sunday.  Was full all day yesterday too.  Usually opens at 9am and is available during the week.

Alexander, Live Chat is normally 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm on Sunday. This full is of course, when it is not full as it is now. It is mostly full on Sundays for whatever reason. Hope you get through, just keep checking. Cheers and stay safe!
