it will be fine with both the 45 and the 5.56 as it is rated for up to a 30.06 which is a lot more powerful than a 5.56

Casey, I own several Do All targets. Instructions say 30 yards for pistol calibers and 100 yards for rifle calibers minimum. I've trashed a few. Rifle rounds bang them up pretty good. If you shoot them every week they last about a year. 5.56 really puts divots in them.

Hello sweets! If it can take a 30.06 it can take a 556. I would recommend rifles targets at least 100 yards.
