Hi Franklin, This magazine will not work with LCPII. Stock LCP 6rd mag from Ruger will work with LCPII but will not hold slide open last round. Moreover, extended LCP mag from Ruger does not work in LCPII. I suggest you buy LCPII specific magazine. I hope this helps.
