Friends, I am in California, how do I order a 9mm that comes with a 15 cartridge capacity.  California only allows 10 cartridge capacity.  Should the online dealers be able to accommodate this??

James, providing that the pistol is on the CA DOJ approved Roster, I have heard from other members that if magazine capacity is the ONLY state restriction that some Buds personnel have offered to remove/replace magazines. I would contact Buds Customer Service to see whether or not they will at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.
