Hi, M1A is legal in CT as long as it does not have flash suppressor and more than 10rd capacity magazine. The rifle above feature flash suppressor and 20rd magazine thus making it illegal in CT. You have to either remove the flash suppressor or pin/weld it. Magazine in this particular M1A is also greater than 10rd. One way around is to purchase CA compliance model which may also compliance with CT law.
