David, you will have no issues firing this load in a 38-55 Rifle.

Hi, Unless your Win model 94 is a vintage original (a 100 years old rifle which might damage itself shooting high-pressure modern ammunition), otherwise you would not have a problem with this 38-55 ammo at all. I hope this helps.
