These won't work. But... Well you sir are in luck. I actually just did this with my tp9sf, exactly. Your right the front is cut for S&W, the rear is cut for any of the 9mm glocks, not just the 43. The setup I put on mine was as follow's: Front - HIVIZ LiteWave fiber optic yellow(also in red) sku# SW2014. Bought on Amazon for like $35 I think. Rear - Heinie SlantPro Ledge sku#3155RL. This model has a wider rear notch for faster acquisition, but they have a standard cut and a narrower cut for more precision. I paid $62 directly from Heinie but you could probably find them cheaper somewhere else. Anyway's, not hard at all assuming you either already have a sight tool or a good punch set and the setup works great.
