I have the opportunity to purchase a BW-15 that came out of the Blackwater armory in Moyock, NC. It has "CAL MULTI" stamped on it. What exactly does this mean? ...2.23 & 5.56?

Steven, it simply means the lower can be used with multiple caliber uppers Sir, such as .223/5.56, 300BLK etc. Very nice rifle, enjoy!
