Hi, There are numerous reports of issues on Taurus 608. Most people have mixed experience with this revolver. I personally would stay away from this firearm for the time being.

Joseph, Taurus has since resolved these issues. Those issue reviews are at least 3 or more years old. Taurus stands behind their products so I would not worry too much on the Taurus 608 8inch barrel revolver.
