Kevin, just find the firearm you want, place it in your cart, select checkout - choose your local FFL Dealer - continue to payment method and make payment. When Buds ships the firearm you will get a tracking number. Buds sends your contact info with the firearm to your FFL dealer who will contact you when received to come in and do the paperwork/background check. Once approved - pay your FFL's transfer fee $25 to $40 usually and walk out with your new firearm. cheers and stay safe!
