The price on this item is $549 but it is only available in the Lexington Kentucky store. These are going for $699 on other gun sites so that's actually not to bad Was looking on the Walther forums and they talk about the there being a 2 digit date on the barrel or a stamp of W Germany which would mean it was made by inter arms at a french facility (1980-2002) and imported by Walther from germany or if it has a made in USA it was made at a Smith and Wesson plant (2002-early 2010's) but production overseen by Walther, I tried blowing up the pictures to see if I could find any of the identifiers they spoke of but the pics are too grainy when blown up to read. It's a Smith & Wesson built PPK/S so it's a fairly recent production model.

hung, It has to be from 2002 or newer. From 2002, Smith & Wesson (S&W) began manufacturing the PPK and PPK/S until 2010. $550 at the Lexington retail store only.
