Joe, my first carry choice would be the M2. The Q4 is not that much harder to carry and gives a few added features. Either works very well for carry.

There Q4 is going to have an optics ready slide for running your favorite pistol reddots, upgraded iron sites, a threaded barrel (for running silencers) the trigger from what I've read is the exact same as the standard PPQ ( but the PPQ is known for having an amazing trigger anyways) some Q4's have "all steel" frames which ads some weight, and helps tame recoil. There is also the Q5 which is marketed as a competition gun, and maybe more available because if a higher cost them the other models . The Q5 is also optics ready, has a 5" barrel and enhanced sites, as well as improved ergos.
