David, usually if magazine capacity is the only restriction, Buds will replace or remove the magazine. With the current demand being so high, I would contact Buds directly to verify if they are still doing this at this time at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.

David, They will not ship unless you have made arrangement to have them pull standard capacity magazine. They will not do it on their own. What a goof just "guessing" somebody will pull standard capacity magazine. Not happening
