Hello..Sig Sauer lists their non-state compliant model as E2022-40-B.  Is this the same item?  What does the BSS signify on your item?

Same item but with Night Sights. BSS (Black Nitron Finish w/Siglite Night Sites).

This is a 12rd hand gun. So many states will not allow this. I shouldn't say many, because most will. But a handful of stricter states ban it.
