Is it possible to get an actual picture of the gun to be purchased? The wood stock has such a potential to vary that I would like to see it before I buy it.

This is an actual picture of the item. But it is not possible to hand select or get a pre picture of the one you'll receive. You do have the right to refuse transfer at delivery and get an exchange or 100% refund at no cost to you.

Buds logistically just cannot send pictures in advance for all 2,000,000 customers. But they do say if you don't like the one you get, refuse it and they will send you another.

Blake, Buds does not open new firearms packages per policy. Your FFL and you will be the 1st to actually see the firearm. If there is anything to your disliking on of about the rifle, you can refuse the transfer for a replacement or full refund (your choice).
