Hi, Sellier Bellot and Prvi Partizan make a good (relatively affordable) .303. These may not be a target shooting match ammo, by it will do what Lee Enfield can do. For hunting, Hornady Custom Ammo is rather good and accurate. For scope mount, S&K and Addley make very good scope mount that does not require gunsmith...you can look it up.
