William, there is no difference, they are the same model. Bud's has a program for Law Enforcement & other qualified professionals to receive a discount on certain items. 'LE' just denotes special price for these individuals.
William, absolutely zero difference in the firearm themselves. Buds has a separate category of Manufacturer specified QP/First Responder Firearms, Ammunition and Accessories that are to be sold to QP's only at the corresponding discount.
