Hi Don,
If particular firearm is out of stock, you will need to wait for one to be in stock again to order it. I highly recommend you to use "Notify Me When Available" option on the right of the product page. They will email you to tell you when the product is back in stock. I hope this helps!

Don, unfortunately no. Buds does not have a system in place to accommodate individual orders. Would be nice but, they don't. Cheers and stay safe!

Don, No special orders. BUDs does occasionally have Reserve Order Firearms. Right now they have the Beretta M9A3 FDE that is not CA compliant.
