Hi, I would personally contact the FFL to let them know the gun is being shipped there. They themselves had to confirm to shipment to Buds and email/fax copy of their FFL in order for Buds to release the firearms to them. I hope this helps.
John, no Sir. You do not as Buds forwards all of your contact information to the FFL. I contact my FFL just out of courtesy. Cheers and stay safe!
They should contact you but as Trin said always contact the FFL and request they notify when your item becomes available, also as soon as your item ships buds will email you a tracking number for whatever carrier they shipped it through. Go onto the website of the carrier (USPS, FedEx, ups) and sign up for tracking updates through text or email, the you'll need notified as soon as your item is delivered. Alot of FFLS are really busy and may take a couple days to contact you, but if you have delivery notifications from the carrier you get notified shortly after the item is delivered. Have a good day
John, I always send my tracking email to my FFL.
