no it will not work with the 6.5 creedmoor ammo!!!!!!! the Creedmoor is a 6.5×48 mm ammo and would not headspace in the longer chamber the 6.5 C is also a fatter case 11.9 mm versis 11.4 mm the 6.5 C is rated at 62,000 PSI and the 6,5X52 is rated at a much lower 41,340 PSI
