Just bought the gun, had not fired yet. I have a buds warranty. How do I get the clip replaced? Also, what is the return policy for guns not fired yet? I'm not liking the quality of this plastic.

If you accepted the transfer at your FFL then the gun is considered used and not returnable to Buds. The shipping and returns policies can be found here: https://www.budsgunshop.com/shipping.php    As for the magazine, contacting Kel Tec directly would be the way to go about seeking a replacement.

Christopher, Good luck. If your cracked plastic magazine functions I would use it. There are no CP33 magazines to be had. Contact Kel-Tec customer service, I'm sure they'll replace it.  Once a firearm is transferred it is considered used.

Christopher,  Buds Supplemental Limited Lifetime Warranty covers the firearm against manufacturer's defects only. It does not cover the replacement or refinishing of parts that are subject to normal wear throughout the lifespan of the firearm.
