Unfortunately no one answers the phone line. It rings and rings and finally you get a message that they do not answer sales calls any more and you are directed to g online to live chat. When you go there, you are then told to call the same phone number that no one answers.

David, Go to the BUDs Lexington store website. ---Just search BUDs Lexington. Go to the contact us section and send email that you want to buy a firearm. The Ruger model 8500. It takes about 3 days, but they do get back to you.Firearms are flying out the door. People that waited are stuck. It is a bad time to be trying to get anything popular.
