I like the XDS. I carry mine every day. Mine is Just an XDS 45ACP 4". Recoil is limited by the low bore axis. The Mod2 has a lower bore axis, and they claim its recoil is comparable to my 4".

Paul, The SA XDS is a fine choice. I would get whatever you can before inventory of everything is gone.
