Nope .... as others have said you must go through a Dealer with an FFL (federal firearms license) on file with Bud's. I'm in WVa too and I can tell you Bud's works with many Mountain State area dealers. Check around your area, I'm sure you'll find one that can help you get your gun ordered and delivered.

All firearms must ship to an FFL. Some accessories, ammo, and black powder items can ship directly to your home (depending on local laws where you are at) but all fire arms have to go through a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) aka a gun shop.
