Hi John, Unfortunately, it does not seem that Emperor Arms MX5 Tactical is in the list of CA Compliant semi-auto shotgun here at Buds. Check here for other CA Compliant semi-auto shotgun (https://www.budsgunshop.com/search.php/type/Shotguns/exclusive/ca/firearm_type/32592/caliber/10000533). I hope this helps.
