Austin, Yes absolutely. Just pick your friendly neighborhood FFL from BUDs list when you check out and wait patiently for your transfer.
Buds is still doing transfers at this time, I would highly recommend you contact your preferred FFL before completing the order (even if they are on the buds list) just to make sure they are still open and accommodating transfers from online retailers to private parties, there are a few FFL's here in Oregon that are currently stating they will not accommodate transfers from other sources as they wish to only sell their own stock. So its best to give them a call before placing the order, if they refuse to accept your purchase it gets returned to buds and you have to select a new ffl and wait through the whole process again, and with lead times already longer then normal that can seriously delay you getting your item.
