Brian, It appears to have CA prohibited features such as pistol grip and adjustable stock, but is on the list of CA compliant weapons at BUDs. no it is not CA compliant it not only has the detachable mag but the telescoping stock with a pistol grip is also an banned feature correction email sent to buds

Brian, This semi auto shotgun is on BUDs CA list, but sure appears to not be CA compliant.-----Prohibited CA semi auto shotgun features----------✘ Semi-automatic shotgun that has both a folding/telescoping stock and a pistol grip, thumbhole stock, or vertical handgrip. ✘ Semi-automatic shotgun that has the ability to accept any detachable magazine. And this shotgun has those features. Probably why it is not sold out.

Pretty much what I figured. Hope buds removes it from the California list so people don't get confused. It seems the California Compliant list is not a good place for a list of guns that are legal in California. In addition to this one being on the list when it should not there are others shotguns that are compliant that are not here such as the SRM 1216, The IWI Tavor TS12B, etc. These are compliant but are not on the Buds list.
