Robert, by federal law, shotguns must be shipped to a local FFL Dealer for transfer to you Sir. Cheers and stay safe!

By law "firearms" must be shipped to a FFL holder.

Robert, Any firearm must be shipped to an FFL for transfer to the purchaser. Only way a shotgun can go directly to purchaser is if the purchaser is a Federal Firearms License holder or referred to as an FFL.
