Two weeks ago (July 23rd) I bought a Heritage Rough Rider 4.75 1776 bit stupidly didn't think about if there are any laws prohibiting Medical Marijuana uses from purchasing a hand gun. If so I'm the biggest idiot and how screwed am I on a chance or any type of return policy?

Maxwell, the transfer should not take place by current law and you will be entitled to a refund buy Buds. Buds will refund your money once the firearm is received back from your local FFL Dealer.
