Hi, It seems that the firearm in question is not showing up for others. Please repost this question with make/model and a UPC number of the firearm. Product not showing up when selected is a known problem on Buds' website. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Mark, field strip the pistol and inspect the slide, barrel throat, extractor, recoil rod and spring. If no visible issues, reassemble and try again. If this is happening with multiple magazines as well as ammunition (you stated multiple ammunition only), the issue is likely the firearm. I would contact the manufacturer for resolution/service.
