Why no vortex optics offered at buds. I found 91 vortex optics in search but nothing comes up. Does buds no longer offer vortex if so why

I wish they would carry Vortex. If they do have some they will have the cheaper end of the brand, as I have experienced before. It was my pleasure to somewhat assist you.
