It has a pistol grip which is prohibited on shotguns in NY state and the magazine capacity is over 10. So it looks like that would not be NY compliant

Fred, The NY shotgun restrictions only apply to semi-auto shotguns. So this pump action shotgun escapes the purview of the NY restrictions.
