Not sure of the exact model you have but most of the M&P 15 Sport II's have carbine length handguards not mid-length like this one. If yours has the round stock handguards that are about ~7 inches long then you would want model number MAG424. Fitu, no Sir. The S&W M&P15 Sport II has a Carbine Length Gas System and this is for a Mid Length Gas System Rifle.
