I would ask Buds directly at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.

Charles, Just be patient. Even if you have exact time it will not speed it up. Just spent an hour on the phone with CS supervisors today. They can't believe the number of newbies that have no idea what's going on. You will be kept abreast of shipment by email. When it gets to shipping,, when it ships, tracking information, and shipper confirm when it gets to your door. Just chill out.

Relax, your shipment will get there. You got any idea what's going on with the supply chain with this civil unrest?
