Hi, Speer Gold Dots, Sig V-Crown, Hornady critical defense, or federal HST for self-defense/carry. As for target shooting or casual shooting, 115/124 magtech or S&B are great budget options. All ammo above has no reliability problem at all in my p365. I hope this helps.
Right now any that you can find at a good price. Also what works good and is most accurate may not be the best choice in your Identical gun. You just have to try as many different loads as you can until you find what is most accurate and reliable in your particular gun
From personal experience for 9mm you want to stay with the 115-124gr hollow points for personal defense. I have used Hydra-shoks and Rangers in my 9's. But any good HP from Speer, Winchester, Remington, or hornady will work for you. I know my local police and FBI are using the Speer Gold Dot and the G2. I personally like the Rangers because they come in boxes of 50rds.
Constantine, Speer GoldDot, Federal HST or Underwood Extreme Defender are all top choices : -- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zx7ccBtLcNY
Constantine, The P365 will handle any 9 mm round you can find. Buy whatever 9 mm ammo you can find. Hollow points for self defense and whatever you can buy for the range.
