I went to checkout to buy a Ruger 10/22 Target Lite .22 LR 16" Rifle and I am getting an alert that says "We are unable to ship the following firearm to CA since it is not currently on the CA DOJ roster."
I am not understanding why this is. The barrel is over 16", threaded barrels are legal on riffles as long as no suppressor is installed. The item ships with a 10 round magazine. The thumbhole is legal due to the rifle being rimfire. Can someone help me understand why Buds is restricting this?

Caleb, Buds has not updated their CA listings for quite a while. It is in dire need of updating.
