Yes in my opinion, the only "handed" feature on a lot of guns is the magazine release direction which is not an issue with this gun as the XD has an ambidextrous button that works from either side without having to switch it around or anything.

Cliff, yes Sir it is. The grip angle and cast is neutral which makes a ton of difference for an ambidextrous grip angle and finger placement. Just a little practice and you will be golden shooting it.
