Not without modification, the muzzle end of the holster is closed off so the XL slide would be too long. The belt loops/clips are removable they so that it can be set up for inside or outside the waistband on either side. You can just make out the edges of them which look a bit like hinges on the left and right sides in the picture. It's a shame that there is only one picture available, if you look up the model number on amazon there are several more images that would probably help you out.
