Sean, I have heard from other members that if magazine capacity is the ONLY state restriction that some Buds personnel have offered to remove/replace magazines. I would contact Buds Customer Service to see whether or not they will at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.
no but you can order it with NO Magazines you will need to Contact Buds customer service (859) 368-0371 available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday or use the blue chat now button . Sean, sorry, no Bud's will not replace the 15 rd magazine with a 10 rd mag. You can order the gun with no magazines. When you are checking out, after you select your FFL, a box will pop up asking if you want the high capacity magazines removed.
