pistol arrived with two 15rd magazines, a cleaning rod, brush, and a wire attachment for cleaning. The literature is written in Italian, English, and French. The pistol arrived in excellent condition, with no tooling or machine marks. It has fixed 3 dot sights, so if you're into adding aftermarket sights you may want to look at the M9A1.
