Ronald, yes Sir it will. The issue is that with a shoulder stock and less than 16 inch barrel it becomes a Short Barrelled Rifle and needs NFA Registration and $200 Tax Stamp paid. Or, you could add a Brace in place of the shoulder stock and no additional paperwork is necessary. Cheers and stay safe!
