Michael, click Order Status/Account - click Address Book - click Add Address - Enter new address info and click Continue to add. Repeat for other addresses up to a total of five.

Hi, Go to Order Status/Account on the top. There should be six buttons to choose from, click the third one that says "Your Addresses". Scroll down and there should be a red button to the right that says "Add Address". I hope this helps.
