Hi, Yes, you cannot purchase a handgun from Buds as Michigan law requires you to be at least 21 to purchase a handgun from FFL (Budsgun is an FFL like any gun store and dealer out there). They cannot ship and sell privately. In Michigan, for under 21, you can purchase a pistol only from a private party, not an FFL holder. To do this you must go to your local police station and ask for a pistol purchase permit. They will perform a background check and issue you a purchase permit should you pass. Once you have a purchase permit you must find a private party that is looking to sell the gun you want. Please note it is VERY LEGALLY DICEY for someone to purchase the gun from an FFL and turn around and sell it to you. When you do find a private party looking to sell their firearm, I recommend asking to meet at a police station. Call ahead to the police station and explain to them that you are purchasing a firearm from a private person and you have your purchase permit. Ask them if they are w
