Hi, As long as your MCK comes with brace rather than stock, your pistol will still be considered as a pistol and not SBR. However, if your MCK features a stock, it will automatically be considered as SBR and will require a tax stamp. MCK usually comes with a brace and will clearly mark version with stock as NFA items.
