Good pump shotgun with 3" chamber will eat any you feed. Yes, Winchester 12 Ga.Supreme 3" 12 Pel. #00 Lead Buckshot is compatible with this gun. Double O buck 12ga is great for stopping power as long as you are not concerned with overpenetration. I hope this helps.

Timothy, Yes that 00 buck will work fine for home defense.Just find some ammo and shoot it. No magic 12 ga round. Just whatever you can find.
